Granite Springs Retreat
The Granite Springs Retreat Association is a homeowners association serving our covenant-controlled community in Southeast Wyoming. We are located roughly halfway between Cheyenne and Laramie, on Highway 210 (Happy Jack Road). We are bordered primarily by public lands including Medicine Bow National Forest and Curt Gowdy State Park.
There are 64 lots in our community, with custom mountain-style homes. Our neighborhood is covered with Lodgepole and Ponderosa Pine trees, and we have a lovely greenway with Brush Creek running through the center of it.
Fires and fireworks are prohibited in Granite Springs Retreat.
